TEKsystems is partnering with a local public sector client in Hawai‘i on a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation initiative. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to define business requirements, support procurement efforts, and ensure alignment between HR, executive leadership, and technical vendors to drive a successful HCM system implementation. Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering and business process analysis for an enterprise HCM system, partnering with HR, finance, and operations to map current-state and future-state workflows, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, and documentation, supporting RFP development and vendor selection, facilitating stakeholder workshops and executive discussions, serving as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors, validating solutions through UAT coordination and gap analysis, ensuring compliance with government and education sector standards, and contributing to change management and user adoption through documentation and communication.
