Key responsibilities include: - Monitoring monthly closing activities and ensuring robust financials within group timelines. - Driving continuous improvement of the R2R process, including trial balance reviews and substantiation of balances. - Standardizing accounting processes, improving reconciliations, asset management, and month-end reporting. - Preparing timely management reports with commentary for review by the Finance Manager or AGM Finance. - Supporting overseas entities by sharing process improvements and best practices. - Coordinating external audits with timely explanations and schedules. - Assisting in the preparation of standalone financial statements for automotive entities under governance from Group Finance or Divisional Controlling.

Required skills and qualifications: - Professional accounting qualification (CPA or ACCA). - 2–3 years of relevant experience in a large organization. - Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP and SAP BW/BPC. - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to plan and work effectively in a team.
