Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accountant (or Accounting Manager) to own the monthly close process for our U.S. entity, reporting to the Controller. This role is central to keeping our books accurate and our close cycle running smoothly. You will lead the full-cycle close, reconciliations, and reporting, bringing structure, precision, and consistency to our accounting operations. You will work closely with the Controller and cross-functionally across the business, gaining exposure to how a fast-growing, multi-entity company runs. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys owning a process end-to-end in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities: - Own the monthly close end-to-end, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, prepaids, and revenue reporting - Manage the full AR and AP cycle, including customer invoicing, billable expense tracking, and vendor invoice intake, keeping aging schedules current and accurate - Reconcile intercompany accounts and prepare the intercompany trial balance translation - Perform bank and cash reconciliations; support cash flow budgeting on a weekly and monthly basis - Assist with executing and tracking outgoing payments, including digital asse
