This on-site role is based in Boise, Idaho, United States and oversees the general ledger activities, month-end close, reconciliations, and accounting analysis, partnering with hotel operations and corporate leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for hospitality accounting. Responsibilities include leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts, and preparing monthly financial statements and management reports to ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on deadlines. Additional duties cover hotel accounting operations (bank accounts, accounts receivable, occupancy tax schedules, revenue and sales reporting, balance sheet accounts), supporting multiple properties, and working with hotel leadership to resolve issues and improve financial accuracy.
