Senior Accountant based in Madrid, Spain, to join the Corporate Accountancy team within a leading multinational group. The role supports three entities: Radisson Hospitality Services Spain, the Brussels Headquarters, and Radisson Hotels Spain SLU. Approximately 50% of the time, duties will be dedicated to the Brussels Headquarters, performed from Madrid with occasional travel to Brussels. Responsibilities include supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with internal policies and IFRS/local GAAP; reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and consistency; supervising the external BPO provider responsible for specific transactional accounting activities; performing balance sheet reconciliations; performing intercompany reconciliations across Europe, coordinating with different group companies to resolve differences; taking ownership of fixed assets control for both Brussels and Madrid, including tracking additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation, and reconciliations, with particular attention to Brussels fixed assets; assisting in the preparation of financial statements and annual accounts for Spanish entities; supervising and supporting the external tax provider responsible for corporate tax obligations; assisting in preparing consolidated financial reports and corporate deliverables for both Spanish companies and the Brussels HQ; coordinating with internal and external auditors and leading audit-related activities to ensure smooth and timely completion; working closely with Group
