Senior Account Manager (Top Accounts) based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, part of the Glovo Partners & Brands team. Your mission is to build and maintain strong relationships with Glovo’s top partners—brands, stores, and restaurants—across Bulgaria, through proactive communication, understanding partner needs, and driving growth with promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance optimization (e.g., sales, average order value, conversion rate). You will onboard new top partners, monitor partner business performance and KPIs, and prepare reports and dashboards to support operational improvements. You will translate partner feedback into product, marketing, and operations enhancements, lead commercial renegotiations for sustainable economics, and assist in closing partner deals together with the sales team leader. You will collaborate with colleagues and have opportunities to rotate into other areas of the business (e.g., sales, qcommerce).
