Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead servicing of a designated book of business, including renewals, marketing, issue resolution, and client support.
Analyze industry trends and provide guidance to clients using independent judgment.
Address and resolve escalated claims, billing, and eligibility issues to ensure timely outcomes.
Develop financial models and client reports; interpret results and provide actionable recommendations.
Participate in client strategy and renewal meetings to align results with commitments.
Lead product line marketing, present results with oversight.
Manage communications and open enrollment activities to ensure successful renewals and implementation support.
Participate in carrier negotiations for quotes; prepare renewal presentations with oversight.
Analyze quotes to recommend appropriate coverage and identify gaps or cross-sell opportunities.
Lead implementation, communications, and open enrollment to support renewals.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.
Research industry trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory matters; educate clients on compliance.
Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Perform other duties as needed.
