About the role

Rocksteady Music School is the UK's largest rock and pop school. We deliver fun and inclusive in-school band lessons to primary-age children and are growing rapidly; we recently opened a second office in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. We are seeking a Schools Account Manager to join our team in Birmingham. Based in our Birmingham office, you will develop positive relationships with school leaders, share Rocksteady's program benefits, and support schools to implement and continue with the Rocksteady program.

We are seeking a Schools Account Manager to join our team in Birmingham. Based in our Birmingham office, you will develop positive relationships with school leaders, share Rocksteady's program benefits, and support schools to implement and continue with the Rocksteady program.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact schools to discuss their experience with Rocksteady with headteachers and school leaders.
Resolve complex service issues and escalations to ensure a great experience for schools.
Collaborate with other teams to implement long-term solutions to help schools continue Rocksteady.
Articulate the benefits of our music lessons and identify opportunities to reach more children through school networks.
Be accountable for school retention across your designated area.

Requirements

Location and hours: Salary and benefits:

Confident, concise, and persuasive communicator with strong listening skills.
Personable, empathetic, with integrity, able to stay calm under pressure; highly organized and target-driven.
Passion for problem solving.
Working knowledge of primary school settings or music education is beneficial but not essential.
We encourage you not to rule yourself out if you do not tick every box.
Full-time, 35 hours per week, 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday.
Base salary £24,000 with on-target earnings of £29,000 per yea
