Eshratex Cotton Spinning is seeking an SAP ERP Integration Project Manager to lead the SAP ERP implementation across the company’s factory and head office. The ideal candidate has cotton spinning industry experience and a proven track record of SAP implementations, with responsibility for coordinating the entire integration process. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SAP ERP implementation across the organization; ensure SAP processes, modules and workflows are designed and aligned with manufacturing, production planning, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality, maintenance, costing and finance requirements; coordinate with managers, department heads, key users and the SAP implementation partner to deliver on time, within budget, and according to agreed business requirements; act as the bridge between management/users and the SAP implementation partner. Requirements: Cotton spinning background with industrial/high-volume manufacturing experience in manufacturing, production planning, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality, maintenance, costing and finance; 3–7+ years of ERP/SAP experience; at least 2–3 complete SAP implementations; strong experience with SAP Business One; strong manufacturing/industrial experience; experience leading cross-functional implementation teams; strong knowledge of PP, MM, QM, PM, SD and FI/CO; experience with data migration, testing, training and go-live; strong project-management and communication skills; excellent English.
