About the role

Impact Property Solutions, established in 1988, serves thousands of multifamily properties with superior customer service, quality workmanship, and same-day or next-day installation of flooring. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success. The Sales Representative will develop relationships with assigned portfolio customers and connect with key decision-makers. You will become fluent in all products the company represents and promote our strategic direction to increase sales and profitability.

This on-site, office-based role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Develop and build sales with existing customers while establishing new accounts
Prepare sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs
Utilize CRM systems to document sales activities, scheduling, calls, and reporting
Monitor the competitive landscape in the multifamily flooring marketplace and report findings
Recommend new products, services, and policies based on results and market developments
Resolve customer concerns by understanding issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations
Foundational sales knowledge and account management or related experience
Ability to communicate, present data, and influence decision-making at all levels
Experience delivering client-focused solutions
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent listening, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, self-motivat
