Position summary: A Sales Representative will develop new leads, communicate with customers to understand their needs, and manage a smooth sales process while supporting Business Development Representatives and senior management. This role is based in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Manage sales leads, including entering contacts, customers, projected revenue, contracts, and site visits into the CRM.
Support the Contract Manager and VP with quotes and product research.
Conduct hospice needs analysis and present product solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Identify the best products to meet customer needs and provide technical knowledge about products and services.
Perform monthly retention calls with pipeline customers and coordinate with managers and accounts on pricing and contracts.
Participate in exhibitions, conventions, and other events to promote products and services.
Ensure training and certification requirements are met.
Coordinate vehicle usage in accordance with company guidelines; monitor and address vehicle maintenance as needed.
Adhere to the company handbook and all safety and environmental policies.
High school diploma required; a business degree is preferred; two years’ experience in sales and/or operations in medical
