About the role

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking multiple full-time Sales Representatives to join our team and attract new customers in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This position offers strong earning potential with uncapped commissions; average earnings exceed $100,000 per year. A vehicle stipend and a comprehensive benefits package are provided, including health insurance, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, employee assistance program, growth opportunities, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Your responsibilities will include canvassing neighborhoods around Fayetteville, engaging homeowners, learning about remodeling needs, and performing roof inspections to assess current conditions. You will explain our services to customers and encourage them to book a service. As you close deals, you will track progress and adjust strategies to optimize results. The role requires independence, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; seasonal Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., as needed.

Requirements

At least 18 years old; valid driver's license; clean driving record; ability to obtain a solicitation permit; physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders; willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
