Legacy Restoration is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives in DeKalb, Illinois to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You will work independently to identify client needs, explain our offerings, and book service appointments while tracking your progress to improve results. This full-time, on-site role offers a performance-based earnings model with uncapped commissions—average earnings of $100,000+ per year—plus a vehicle stipend and a comprehensive benefits package. Your day includes canvassing neighborhoods, building relationships with homeowners, performing roof inspections when needed, and guiding customers through our service options. You will manage your schedule, stay professional, and adjust strategies to close more deals. Hours are typically Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with Saturdays possible in peak season. Requirements: 18+ years old, valid driver's license, good driving record, ability to obtain a solicitation permit, physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders, and willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
