Overview: D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the United States, is seeking a Sales Representative to manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service. This on-site role is located in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
Uncover customer goals and challenges and position DR Horton as the best solution.
Overcome objections and close sales; maintain documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
Continually source new sales opportunities; develop and present a marketing plan; network with realtors.
Manage time to meet sales goals; maintain and expand a database of prospects.
Attend sales meetings; build rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
Ensure compliance with quality standards; conduct business professionally to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit.
Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; ability to drive day or night.
Proficiency with DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop; MS Office and email.
Physical ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours; lift up to 25 pounds; other standard physical requirements.
Licensing requirements vary by state; prior CRM experience preferred; strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
