The position offers an uncapped commission, inbound leads, no cold calling, comprehensive paid training, licensing support, and a benefits package. Responsibilities include driving growth by soliciting new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to meet or exceed sales goals; building relationships by understanding customer needs and expanding opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions; ensuring accuracy by maintaining records of transactions in the agency management system; and serving as a trusted advisor to help clients choose the right insurance products.
