What You'll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting for SDR, AE, and AM roles across the Denver, Chicago, and Phoenix offices - Generate at least 15 new candidate meetings per week through direct outbound sourcing - Maintain a healthy screen-to-hire ratio; recalibrate with hiring managers as needed - Target an 80% offer acceptance rate - Guide candidates through a structured process and coach on pacing and presence - Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles using funnel data - Represent the client's culture and value proposition to a fast-moving, high-volume candidate pool
Qualifications - Deep expertise in sales recruiting (SDR, AE, and AM); comfortable discussing sales org structures, comp models, and ideal sales hires - Hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume sourcing - Proven ability to hire into outbound sales motions; maintain a rigorous weekly sourcing cadence and a tight funnel - Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS; direct sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter - Ability to own and defend funnel metrics: meetings generated,
