The role drives revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective strategies and coordinated effort across Home Comfort Advisors, technicians, plumbers, electricians, and customer service representatives. You will oversee multi-trade sales across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades, support financing options to boost sales, and review the dispatch board to allocate the right resources. You will design and manage hands-on training programs, establish KPIs, and continuously improve training to meet evolving business needs. Collaboration with sales and service teams to develop local market strategies, evaluate new products and services, and implement innovative techniques to increase market share and customer loyalty is required. Availability for nights, after-hours, weekends, and holidays is expected. You will recruit, train, and mentor the sales team and help integrate the Southern Model to align with company standards.
