Part-Time Sales Manager leads store operations and champions a high-performing selling culture to drive sales results and deliver an engaging customer experience. This role oversees front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of selling behaviors, brand standards, and operating procedures. The Sales Manager supports achievement of key sales and service KPIs through effective leadership, customer-focused coaching, and efficient day-to-day execution. Major activities include assisting the Store Manager with SOP compliance; enforcing company policies and standards; modeling and coaching best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to improve conversion and satisfaction; providing Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership, service standards, and continuity; ensuring accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems; overseeing balloons business, birthday party operations, and other in-store programs and events; promoting and enrolling customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program; driving MCC/Extend services adoption; managing the Knit & Sew Shop and the Cut Bar; ensuring BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution; supporting Custom Framing operations; training and developing team members; maintaining Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink; and other duties as assigned. Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
