Sales Manager – Full-Time, Reno, Nevada, United States (on-site). The Sales Manager leads a high-performing selling culture across the store, driving sales results and an engaging customer experience while overseeing front-end and service operations. Major activities include assisting the Store Manager with SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; enforcing policies and standards; modeling and coaching best-in-class Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to improve conversion and customer satisfaction; providing Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards; ensuring accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems; overseeing in-store programs such as Balloons and birthday party operations; promoting and enrolling customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program; championing MCC/Extend services; driving sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop; overseeing BOPIS and Same Day Delivery; supporting Custom Framing operations; training and developing team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building; partnering in Asset Protection to reduce shrink; and other duties as assigned. Requirements include 3+ years of retail leadership experience; physical requirements such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25-50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment; and willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
