• Achieve monthly sales goals by selling a variety of RVs and motorhomes
• Prepare and process all sales paperwork in compliance with company policies
• Welcome customers, identify needs, and guide them through product features and benefits
• Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay informed about RV models, gear, and services
• Coordinate test drives and ensure safety and adherence to all protocols
• Participate in product and sales training
• Set personal income goals and develop plans to achieve them
• Pursue opportunities for career advancement within the organization
