Overview: My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer with more than 240 locations across the United States and Puerto Rico, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager. In this role you will coach and develop your team to deliver best-in-class customer service, build a loyal client base, and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and developing staff to ensure outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results.
Achieve location goals by coaching team members to meet company KPIs; maintain staffing through recruiting and retention.
Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric business practices.
Partner with AT&T Signature to host community events and expand business accounts.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment; manage inventory, secure devices, and merchandising in line with company standards.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and stay informed of professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
1 year of management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in the wireless industry.
1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience (required).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required).
Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards; strong organizational and communication skills.
