In this on-site role, you will coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Associates to deliver best-in-class customer service and achieve store sales goals. You will supervise daily store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance coaching, while ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant environment. Key responsibilities include achieving location KPIs, maintaining staffing through recruitment and retention, building a loyal client base through ethical practices, and partnering with the AT&T Signature team for community events.
