About the role

Regional Sales Manager to extend Lakeshore’s reach in the K–12 educational space across the New York metro area, including Manhattan and Westchester. In this role, you will cultivate new and existing relationships with school districts and educational programs, serving our customers in early childhood and educational markets while exploring new segments such as middle schools and high schools. About the role

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders within the designated territory.
Partner with internal sales resources to meet needs and drive growth.
Regularly call on and maintain relationships with customers within the territory.
Collaborate with RVP/RD to build, adjust, and implement sales strategies.
Identify customer needs and translate them into opportunities.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to streamline processes and increase sales.
Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences to promote the brand.
3+ years of successful sales experience; entrepreneurial know-how is a plus
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Solid presentation skills and ability to articulate customer needs at all levels
Strong work ethic, team orientation, and ability to perform well from home
Ideally reside in B
