Behavioral Health Allies is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team in Kansas City, Missouri. This on-site role focuses on high-volume recruitment for direct care, clinical, and professional positions, building strong candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment pipelines for high-volume direct care and professional/clinical positions.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, community partnerships, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
Review applications and conduct initial and behavioral-based interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, competencies, job readiness, and alignment with organizational values.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership throughout the interview and selection process.
Coordinate interviews, communicate next steps, and maintain consistent candidate follow-up.
Prepare and communicate employment offers in accordance with approved compensation guidelines.
Collect and track required pre-employment documentation, including background checks, driver’s license verification, professional licenses/certifications, education verification, and other required employment forms.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
