DeepSig is seeking a RAN Test Engineer to join our team in Arlington, Virginia in a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on testing O-RAN DU software and hardware components, including planning, designing, and executing test cases to verify conformance, interoperability, performance, and reliability in accordance with O-RAN Alliance and 3GPP specifications. You will collaborate with development, integration, and network teams to validate DU functionality within the O-RAN architecture and contribute to test plans, automation, and CI/CD processes. Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans and scripts for O-RAN DU interfaces, performing conformance tests, conducting interoperability testing with O-CU and O-RU, running end-to-end scenarios, logging and tracking defects, automating tests, validating KPIs, supporting site commissioning, and producing detailed test reports. Required qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience), at least 3 years of hands-on lab/testing/integration experience, familiarity with 4G/5G RAN concepts and 3GPP standards, proficiency in Python and shell scripting, comfortable working in Linux with solid IP networking knowledge, strong collaboration skills, and a self-directed troubleshooting mindset. Preferred experience includes work with RAN vendors or operators, experience with srsRAN/OpenAirInterface, knowledge of O-RAN interfaces (F1, E2, Open Fronthaul, A1), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud-native environmen
