Test Development: Create, document, and maintain production test procedures and acceptance criteria for assemblies; interpret drawings, schematics, and engineering orders.
Troubleshooting: Identify root causes of failures, provide technical assistance to manufacturing teams, and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement: Analyze test data to reduce test time, improve test coverage, and enhance product reliability.
Compliance: Ensure products and processes comply with applicable industry standards and safety regulations.
Documentation: Maintain clear records of test results, nonconformances, and calibration data; document processes and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical staff.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing), Applied Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3–6 years in test engineering, manufacturing, or production support for electromechanical systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with test equipment.
Working Conditions: The typical work environment is a standard office setting with frequent exposure to manufacturing environments; require periods of computer use.
