At Avaron AB, you will join as a Project Manager responsible for product localization in a global automotive environment. You will lead and coordinate localization activities within your technical area and drive the introduction of components into production according to agreed schedules and cost objectives. You will build alignment across engineering, production, logistics, purchasing, and other functions involved in the localization process, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders. You will identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency and shorten lead times, shaping how localization activities are organized and executed. Requirements include a MSc or BSc in Engineering or a related technical discipline, several years of automotive product development experience, strong understanding of product development processes, solid technical product knowledge, and proven PM experience or equivalent leadership. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Nice-to-have: experience in product design, purchasing, production, logistics, or testing and validation; experience with structured product introduction or localization processes. We offer permanent employment at Avaron AB, occupational pension, and a wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year. Applications: selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
