The role involves managing health and safety, planning from initiation to closeout, coordinating the site management team, developing constructability reports and schedules, defining subcontractor scopes, and controlling costs, schedule, quality and safety. You will work with the Scheduler, Engineers, and Construction Manager to develop constructability reports and schedules; coordinate prefabrication; generate weekly/monthly progress reports; work with Quantity Surveyors on cost management; attend internal and client meetings; manage resources and QA/QC to ensure compliance with standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years as Mechanical Project Manager; experience on mechanical construction projects in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Semiconductor or Oil & Gas; experience with mechanical contractors; construction-stage experience (piping fabrication/installation, pressure testing, equipment installation); degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction; PMP or IPMAD is an advantage; proficient in NavisWorks or similar; MSIC desirable; strong communication and detail orientation; team player; ability to manage multiple tasks; capable of negotiating with clients and subcontractors.
