The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience, with strong experience leading HCM system implementations (Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.), and a proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a structured environment. Preferred qualifications include PMP or equivalent certification; experience leading multi-year transformation initiatives; and familiarity with change management frameworks and adoption strategies. This is a hybrid contract position based in Honolulu, Hawaii, with a pay range of $60.00 - $70.00 per hour.
