About the role

Vari is seeking a Project Manager to join its Operations team. The role focuses on managing customer projects across the United States, coordinating end-to-end project lifecycles, bid communications with approved vendors, and the onsite delivery and installation of office furniture at customer sites nationwide. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, and prepared to travel up to 85% of the time.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Track the end-to-end lifecycle of projects and report key takeaways to internal stakeholders.
Manage bid communications with approved vendors and negotiate bids within budgeted costs.
Oversee onsite delivery and installation of office furniture at customer sites nationwide.
Guide installation crews during execution and educate on product features and efficiency gains.
Drive a high standard of service across channels to elevate the customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Product Development, Accounting, and Operations) to ensure project clarity, capture lessons learned, and establish best practices.
Coordinate the flow of product between internal warehouse/transportation teams, vendors, and customers.
Manage a multi-project pipeline with quick turnarounds aligned with our speed-to-market approach.
Proactively communicate status, adjust priorities, and identify risks to project success.
Monitor actual versus budgeted project spend.
Identify process and procedural improvements for continuous operational enhancements.
