Pivot Path Solutions, LLC, a government contracting and business solutions firm delivering enterprise IT solutions, strategic and acquisition planning, organizational development, and analytics services, is seeking a Project Manager to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative. The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of real property and real estate support activities across an assigned portfolio of Department of the Air Force installations. This role coordinates staffing, schedules, field assessments, NexGen IT data validation and correction, facility-folder remediation, quality reviews, government meetings, and contract deliverables. The Project Manager will collaborate with the Program Manager, government project leadership, installation Real Property Accountability Officers, Real Estate and Master Planning Branch personnel, technical specialists, quality-control personnel, and subcontractor teams. The ideal candidate has experience managing federal real property, installation support, audit-readiness, or data-validation projects involving geographically dispersed teams and concurrent site activities.
