Clark is seeking a Project Manager to oversee K-12 construction projects across Southeast Michigan, including renovations, additions, and new construction. This on-site role will work closely with Senior Project Managers and Project Executives who provide mentorship and strategic oversight. You will lead day-to-day execution from preconstruction through closeout, develop and manage schedules with the Superintendent, oversee budgets and cost control, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation, conduct weekly trade coordination meetings, enforce safety and occupied-building protocols, and maintain strong communication with district leadership. You will mentor Project Engineers and Coordinators and position yourself for larger project ownership and Senior PM responsibilities over time. Qualifications include 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience, K-12 or occupied-building experience preferred, strong scheduling and financial management, clear communication with public-sector clients, and proficiency with ProjectSight, Phoenix, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
