Hourigan is seeking a collaborative and driven Project Manager to lead on-site construction projects in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The Project Manager is responsible for driving projects to completion on time and within budget while delivering an exceptional experience for the project owner. Responsibilities include coordinating activities with the Superintendent and project team, owning project finances and internal reporting, maintaining up-to-date contract documents, preparing the project schedule, coordinating the final budget with procurement, reviewing and approving subcontracts, managing submittal schedules and logs, conducting owner and subcontractor coordination and preconstruction meetings, resolving project issues, supporting the Superintendent with schedules, implementing Hourigan’s on-site quality control and safety procedures, overseeing RFI and Change Order processes, preparing and distributing monthly owner applications for payment, managing project administrative logs and close-out activities, supervising a small team, and fostering a culture aligned with Hourigan’s values. The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Construction Management or related field, has 5–7 years of general contracting experience, and strong knowledge of construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, and document administration. Experience with LEED is preferred, and proficiency with scheduling software such as Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam is desirable. Some travel may be required.
