Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead mission-critical communication system projects. This is a remote role requiring residency in Washington State. The Project Manager will serve as the focal point for full project delivery, leading cross-functional teams to implement new or upgraded systems on time and within budget, while meeting quality targets and managing scope, cost, and schedule. Responsibilities include developing the complete project plan, tracking milestones, managing budgets, coordinating internal resources and third parties, and communicating with customers and internal senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes process improvement using Six Sigma and PMBOK methodologies, and requires strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Travel within the territory (to customer locations as needed) is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of project management experience (or 6+ years in PM/engineering), PMP or CAPM certification, and familiarity with Public Safety/communications systems, IT networks, or related fields. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance is preferred. This position may involve working in secure environments in line with CJIS policies.
