Tenon is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live in Indianapolis, United States. This on-site role partners with Technical Consultants to ensure the technical work aligns with project plans and customer expectations, coordinates timelines and deliverables, and facilitates project meetings. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation, provide regular updates, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating agendas, action items, and documentation; tracking milestones; identifying risks and removing roadblocks; supporting onboarding activities including user training, testing coordination, and go-live readiness; building strong customer relationships and transitioning customers from implementation to ongoing account management.
