The role leads the executive and detailed design of waste-to-X plants in accordance with contractual specifications, regulations, authorizations, and company directives. You will manage the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables, and oversee technical communications with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authorities. You will drive concurrent engineering in collaboration with Discipline Engineering, prepare and update design and calculation spreadsheets, and define purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards. Requirements include an engineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and at least 3 years of experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector. Strong technical expertise in energy plant design (mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics) and experience coordinating interdisciplinary project teams. Proficiency in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office), with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes. Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+).
