AECOM is seeking a Project Controller to join our Benelux team in The Hague. Based in the The Hague office or on site depending on client and project needs, you will deliver project management and construction control to ensure projects stay within the main contract and budget. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Director, and finance teams to monitor KPI performance, manage contract execution, and deliver reliable monthly reporting, change management, risk assessments, and cash flow analysis. Key responsibilities include providing financial planning, reporting and compliance for the project; acting as an internal auditor for subcontracts; implementing and refining project management processes; maintaining cost reporting, change registers, risk registers, and client reporting; coordinating value engineering and assessing the impact of change orders; preparing handover documentation and financial statements for operators and clients; supporting risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution; updating programmes and communicating critical actions to stakeholders; ensuring compliance with company procedures, PMP, procurement, and client procedures; participating in contract and senior staff meetings; Qualifications: Project and contract management experience; proven financial and cost reporting experience; minimum 5 years; analytical skills; fluent English (Dutch a plus); Bachelor's degree; Primavera experience a plus; This role offers hybrid work options within a global infrastructure firm.
