Key responsibilities: - Manage the pre-construction phase of multiple concurrent EPC projects (electrical substations and associated transmission line projects); establish and maintain program-level schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and provide portfolio status updates, metrics, forecasts, and risk assessments; ensure consistency in planning, execution methodologies, documentation, and governance. - Facilitate stage-gate reviews and ensure projects meet readiness requirements before transitioning into construction. - Coordinate with engineering teams to develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs; review deliverables for alignment with scope, budget, constructability, and schedule; identify design risks and gaps; support value engineering and constructability reviews. - Serve as a key interface among clients, utilities, engineering teams, construction management, procurement, and regulatory agencies; lead project meetings, maintain client relationships, and communicate objectives and risks to executive leadership. - Coordinate activities for permitting, environmental compliance, land acquisition, easements, and regulatory approvals
