HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve as Program Manager in Cleveland, Ohio. This on-site role focuses on leading and supervising clinical therapy staff within an assisted living setting (St. Joseph Center, Cleveland, OH; Arden Courts of Westlake coverage; additional hours at Woodside SL).
