Reporting to the Lead Program Manager, you will independently manage day-to-day execution and make operational decisions that keep internal and external partnerships on track across Product & Tech, Clinical, Operations, Go-to-Market, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and external health partners. This role is ideal for a builder in the early stages of program management, with ownership of meaningful workstreams and full accountability from day one. High performers may grow toward leading Modern Health's largest, most strategic programs end-to-end. This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii. Responsibilities include: Own and drive business and partnership programs; independently manage workstreams across ongoing internal and external partner operations, launches, and implementations, determining priorities, sequencing, and how deliverables, owners, and timelines are kept on track.
