Abraxas Youth & Family Services is seeking a dedicated Program Manager for our Woodridge Intervention in Woodridge, Illinois. This on-site, full-time role leads daily operations of residential inpatient treatment services, ensures ASAM Level 3.5 compliance, and guides policy development, staff supervision, and performance improvement. The Program Manager will collaborate with Supervisors, Medical Providers, and Treatment Teams to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance with Joint Commission standards, HIPAA, and applicable state and federal requirements.
