Program Manager – YouTube Ads Brand and Advertiser Experience

As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, partnering with cross-functional teams to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across time zones and offices.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Adjust schedules, staffing, and features to deliver results on time.
Monitor progress, risks, and mitigations; coordinate with partner teams to manage program changes.

Identify improvements to processes, products, or services through measurement of performance and success metrics.
Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 2 years in program or project management.
Preferred: Experience with software development lifecycle and project management with strong delivery track record; ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences; strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and accountability for end-to-end project lifecycle.
