Linesight is seeking a Program Manager for North America to lead and manage complex data center programs. You will act as the primary client interface, provide strategic leadership, oversee governance, controls, reporting, and ensure effective integration of schedule, cost, risk, and change management across the programme. You will lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists; drive delivery standards and reporting; proactively identify programme-level risks and mitigation strategies; support procurement, contracting strategy, and stakeholder coordination; and manage dependencies between design, construction, and commissioning. You will provide clear, concise reporting to senior client stakeholders and leadership. We’re looking for a proven Program Manager or Senior Project Manager with extensive experience on large-scale, complex projects, ideally within data center environments (hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical). A strong background in project and programme controls (schedule, cost, risk), client-side or consultancy experience, and exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential. The role requires the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred (professional certifications such as PMP, APM, or RICS are advantageous).
