Product Support Engineer This is an entry-point role at Dutchie, a leading technology platform powering dispensary operations in the cannabis industry. The Product Support team handles escalations from frontline Support, resolves complex technical issues in a SaaS environment, reduces load on Engineering, and provides solutions directly to customers when possible. The role also acts as a Voice of the Customer for Product and Engineering when escalation is needed, offering significant opportunities to deepen technical skills and product knowledge. What You'll Do: - 2+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS environment - Experience with APIs, JSON, SQL, TCP/IP - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Technical writing experience creating documentation, tutorials, or troubleshooting resources - Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems - A customer-focused mindset with a track record of solving problems and improving systems - Collaborative, can-do attitude and a team-first approach - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities - Nice-to-have: Excel formulas, SQL, and self-taught programming (JavaScript, Ruby, etc.) Bonus: SQL competency; strong Dutchie product knowledge
