Product Manager for Money Flows at Ebury Madrid. This hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 day remote per week) owns and grows the Money Flows domain, guiding product vision, strategy, and delivery from ideation to execution. You will manage the product backlog, translate regulatory changes into actionable requirements, and collaborate with Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Knowledge of payments networks and schemes (SWIFT, SEPA, FPS) and experience with money movement workflows are essential. You will translate client needs into clear requirements, run Shows & Tells to communicate decisions, and address technical constraints. You will lead day-to-day decision-making within your area and support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members. Qualifications include 3–5 years in consulting or Big4 on financial services or payments transformation, 2+ years in Fintech product management launching and scaling regulated products, and hands-on product experience in payments.
