HYDAC is seeking a Product Manager for Hydraulics & Fluid Power at our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania location. The Product Manager will typically have 3-5 years of experience in product or project management and will collaborate with Application Engineering and Field Sales. Responsibilities include supporting quotations and pricing strategies, developing price lists, coordinating distributor, territory manager, and customer service training initiatives, recommending new products or modifications, monitoring stock levels, and developing product literature and publicity. The role also entails preparing and delivering product presentations, reports, and plans; interpreting technical and business information; and presenting to managers, clients, customers, and the general public. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and regional sales managers and will travel approximately 30-40% of the time. Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years in a related industry; a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (engineering preferred); experience with fluid power, hydraulics or pneumatics; Fluid Power Specialist certification preferred; and Lean manufacturing experience.
