About the role

Good Hood GmbH is seeking a Product Designer (Experimentation) to design product experiences, frame real problems, and run experiments that test and measure impact. You will sit inside a product delivery leadership team, collaborating closely with engineers and a group of Product Designers who uphold high standards. English is the working language; you will design flows that German-speaking users read and you will translate insights into tangible improvements.

Responsibilities

Design experiences that fit how people live, creating flows and screens that feel natural for someone on their doorstep with one hand on their phone.
Frame the real problem before solving it; define a well-framed problem that can be explained clearly.
Build and run experiments: design testable changes, instrument them, and analyze results with the data team; report failures and propose improvements.
Engage with users to understand needs beyond what an A/B test shows.
Direct AI, maintaining quality and focusing your effort on where human judgment counts.
Decide what to cut and what to keep, advocating for simplicity.
Contribute to design systems and cross-functional collaboration.
Present work clearly and defend decisions in front of stakeholders.
