About the role

Engrain is seeking a mid-to-senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our core products and critical customer experiences. You will translate complex, multi-layered workflows into intuitive features that deliver immediate value to users. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Design and collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and leadership.

About the role

Engrain is seeking a mid-to-senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of our core products and critical customer experiences. You will translate complex, multi-layered workflows into intuitive features that deliver immediate value to users. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Design and collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and leadership.

What you will do: - Own the Core Experience: lead design strategy and execution from ideation, wireframes, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. - Balance Craft and Speed: make informed trade-offs between meticulous craft and pragmatic shipping. - Leverage AI for Strategic Velocity: integrate AI-augmented workflows to reduce friction and accelerate prototyping. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: align user needs with business goals with Product Management, Engineering, and Leadership. - Advocate for the User: incorporate user feedback and UX best practices across the product lifecycle. - Contribute to the Ecosystem: help scale our design system and maintain design consistency.

Requirements

3–5+ years of digital product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, PropTech, or marketplace environments.
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design, visual polish, structured product thinking, and solving complex user challenges.
Mastery of modern design tools (Figma; Claude as primary workspace) and comfort with AI tools.
Collaborative, open communicator who thrives in a 175-person scale-up environment and can present ideas to leadership.
