Product Designer (Marketing & GTM) to be the creative partner behind Enigma's go-to-market efforts. This mid-level role focuses on shaping GTM concepts, evolving the brand system, and delivering campaigns, web pages, sales collateral, and social content. You will partner with the marketing lead to translate GTM ideas into campaigns and assets, while systematizing the brand across libraries, templates, and guidelines. Responsibilities include shaping GTM creative, maintaining brand assets, building and launching pages in our CMS hosted on Vercel, creating one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and versatile slide templates; owning social and campaign content (LinkedIn carousels and short-form video); designing HubSpot campaign assets (emails and landing pages); preparing imagery; integrating AI tools into the workflow; ensuring consistency in typography, color, imagery, and tone. Requirements: 3-5 years designing marketing, GTM, or brand in-house or at an agency; strong design POV; experience building within a brand system; proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience designing HubSpot assets; comfortable editing pages in a CMS; familiarity with Vercel; ability to build slide templates; edit short-form video; familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools; plus: experience designing for B2B, data, fintech, or enterprise brands. Self-directed, responsive, and able to handle quick-turnaround requests. Based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA and able to work in-office.
