Process and Project Manager will support the Head of Compensation & Benefits in coordinating global compensation processes, annual cycles, reporting, analytics, governance and HRIS projects in an international environment. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, data quality, and related governance, while leading cross-functional activities with HR and Finance and coordinating with Eurofins company leaders. Key responsibilities include acting as the operational partner to the Head of the Compensation & Benefits Team, managing recurring operational tasks, and supporting guidance document reviews. The role also covers annual compensation and bonus review coordination, including timelines, communications and deliverables, and the production of dashboards, reports and management presentations. In addition, the position involves compensation analytics and reporting—consolidating HR and financial data, developing KPIs and executive summaries, and delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making. Project management and process excellence duties include leading compensation-related projects, standardising processes, developing workflows and templates, ensuring strong governance, and driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives. Long-Term Incentive administration requires coordinating administration, liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders, and preparing analyses for senior management.
